EIPGRID has been named the winner of the Clean Energy category at the European Chamber of Commerce in Korea (ECCK) Sustainability Awards. This award honors EIPGRID’s leadership in renewable energy technologies, as well as its contributions to decarbonization and clean energy adoption in Korea and beyond.

Since 2014, the company has been developing intelligent energy management solutions, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sustainability and high-impact practices that helped communities optimize their energy usage, gain autonomy, and reduce carbon footprints.
EIPGRID’s solutions and services accelerate the shift to decentralized energy resources and towards sustainable and self-sufficient communities. By analyzing energy usage data, optimizing demand, and orchestrating co-localized energy resource deployment, EIPGRID ensures cost savings and reduces carbon emissions, all without upfront cost investments or energy disruptions.
Scaling Impact Across Asia Pacific
EIPGRID is expanding its clean energy solutions across Asia Pacific, with plans to implement its platform across 100 sites by 2027. This initiative is projected to reduce peak demand and lower energy consumption, thereby generating approximately $3.6 million in energy cost savings while avoiding up to 10,000 tons of CO2 emissions annually. By 2030, the company expects to scale its impact to 1,000 sites, which would result in up to 490,000 tons of CO2 reductions every year, further reinforcing EIPGRID’s leadership in green energy and sustainability.
Excellence Across Various Industries
ECCK recognized leading companies across various industries for their contributions to sustainability. In the Climate Action category, L’Oréal and Airbus were awarded for their efforts in reducing emissions and combating climate change. The Circular Economy award went to DHL Supply Chain and Pernod Ricard, acknowledged for implementing practices that minimize waste, enhance resource efficiency, and promote sustainable value chains. In the Clean Energy category, EIPGRID and Airbus were recognized for their advancements in renewable energy and sustainable energy technologies, driving progress toward a low-carbon future. The Green Finance award went to ING, for its role in advancing sustainability through innovative financial solutions that address environmental challenges. Finally, in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) category, Boehringer Ingelheim and Pernod Ricard were honored for fostering inclusive workplaces and promoting equal opportunities.
A Vision for a More Sustainable Future
“This recognition underscores our dedication to reshaping how communities and businesses manage their energy,” Tony Lee, CEO of EIPGRID commented. “Sustainability is no longer a distant goal—it’s a necessity. With our technology, we’re making energy efficiency and carbon reduction accessible, practical, and economically viable for a wide range of users.”
As the world rapidly moves toward a more sustainable future, EIPGRID remains at the forefront of energy innovation, delivering intelligent energy solutions that drive real-world impact.
