1 · Pattern Analyzer

Every commercial load is analyzed and categorized on the EIP load-characteristic matrix: industry, capacity, forecast accuracy (RRMSE), resource mix and location, with real-time price, weather and policy signals folded in.

2 · Group Pattern Supervisor

Physically co-located resources are grouped into Balancing Groups by six supervised attributes; AI/ML tracks each group's performance and reliability and surfaces nearby shared-DER opportunities.

3 · Load Balancer

A Self-DR program per group dispatches curtailment and shift events against real-time prices, shaping group load automatically: savings inside the community, market revenue outside it.

PCRM

Flexibility quantified per 10-minute window (up to 144/day), each with its own reliability score: the community's procurable reserve margin.

Community data services

Standardized store and building data (consumption, distributed generation, even visitation patterns) powers peak management, efficiency services and new B2C models for local districts.
